CreateTrainStationScreen

Create 列车站台界面（schedule_2 STATION 200×127 / assemble 组装 200×178 双模式）：站名与车名编辑行、新建/拆解/丢下时刻表按钮、停靠文字框与对话泡；组装模式含图标选择条与开始组装/退出按钮。
