CreateSchematicannonScreen

Create 蓝图炮界面（schematics_2 双段背板 213×251）：五槽位、打印/清单/燃料三条左→右生长进度条、播放/暂停/重置状态指示条、可展开的 4 档替换等级 + 跳过设置行与玩家背包。
