MekanismTeleporterScreen

Mekanism 传送器屏（176×240，GuiTeleporter + GuiFrequencySelector）：左上状态图标（5 态）+ 能量槽与纵向能量条 + 频率选择器（公开/受信任/私有页签、频率列表、设置/删除按钮、彩色频率色块），含侧配置/升级窗口。
